Return And Refund Policy

At LuxPupy LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled to provide a clear and transparent shopping experience for customers within the United States.


Return Eligibility & Return Window

  • 30-Day Return Window:
    Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date of the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Item Condition:
    Returned items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

    • Returned in original packaging

    • Include all tags, manuals, accessories, and components


Return Process

  1. Return Request:
    Email us at support@luxpupy.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once approved, a downloadable and printable return shipping label will be emailed to you.

  3. Packaging:
    Securely pack the product in its original packaging.

  4. Shipping:
    Drop the package at the carrier specified on the return label.


Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at support@luxpupy.shop

  • Return shipping costs will be fully covered by LuxPupy LLC


Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you decide you no longer want the product and it remains unused and in original condition:

  • You may return it within the 30-day window

  • Free return shipping is provided under our current policy


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.


Refund Issuance

  • Inspection: Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt

  • Approval Notification: You will be notified via email

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 6 business days to the original payment method (Stripe / credit or debit card)

  • Late Refunds: Bank processing times may vary. If a refund is delayed, please contact your card issuer first.
